LPPJFFs technology is a flue-gas
controlling technology imported first by Tsinghua Tongfang
Environment Co. Ltd from Lurgi Energy and Environmental Corp. in
Germany. Due to its unique dust cleaning system design, it is
recommended as the representative fabric filter de-dusting
technology for large coal-fired power plant by American
Electrical Power Institute and has gained many outstanding
achievements worldwide, and was successfully applied in the
fabric filter system of Hohhot Fengtai 2 *200MW units in China,
which is in good operation.

Pulse-jet Long-bag Fabric Filter
LTFZs type low-pressure pulse-jet long-bag fabric filter is a new
generation de-dusting technology developed by Tsinghua Tongfang
Environment Co. Ltd. It can be applied in flue-gas control in
different industries. It is an ideal substitute in the pulse-jet
de-dusting field. This technology has been successfully applied
in many representative projects, such as the oil-fired boiler of
Beijing 2nd Heat Power Plant, 200MW coal-fire unit of
Henan Jiaozuo Power Plant, and LF refining furnace and blast
furnace of Hangzhou Steel and Iron Group.

the dust removal efficiency is high.
Applications
The technology is mainly used in 100MW or
smaller coal-fired or oil-fired power plant boilers’ flue gas
cleaning systems, and industry or civil boilers’ flue gas
cleaning systems. It can also be widely used in the flue gas
cleaning systems in metallurgy, nonferrous metal metallurgy, and
building materials factories.

With Magnetic Controls
The CK II
series ESP with magnetic controls is the electric precipitator
is developed together by the Tsinghua Tongfang (Anshan)
Environment Co. Ltd and Tsinghua University Clean Coal Burning
Engineering Research Center. This one of a kind
magnetoelectricity duplicate is a highly effective dust remover.
This equipment uses the magnetic field to carry the active control to the
charged particle path the principle, causes the charged dust
particle to deflect in the magnetic field function direction
detection to the collection dust board on, the realization dust
fast the dust removal goal which separates from the air current,
thus may cause the dust remover the structure simplification.
This technology requires little space, with low operating cost,
and high purification efficiency.
